Chrissy DeSpain
Chrissy is a native of the USVI of St. Croix. She started her diving career at the young age of 7. making her way up to instuctor, as well as hundreds of dives, by her late teens. During this time Chrissy developed a love of wreck diving and started doing the opposite of most divers. instead of traveling to the caribbean for dive vacations her normal trips were to New York, the Carolinas, St. Lawrence Seaway, England and anywhere else she could feed her wreck diving addiction. She taught scuba in the UK for a few years before moving on to dive and teach at too many locations around the world to even list. Now Chrissy has found her way to East Coast Divers. She can regularly be found on leading shore dives, teaching at the pool as well as the ocean.
