Alex Dulavitz
Alex Dulavitz is one of the lead instructors here at East Coast. He has been diving since he was 13 getting his open water certification in New England. After that he spent the next few years diving everywhere from Nubble Light up in Maine to the shores of Rhode Island. After high school Alex decided to pursue a career in diver education and attended the International Diving Career Institute at Halls in Marathon Fl, keys. Alex became an instructor along with now long time friend and co-instructor Nick Fazah. After the very intensive and well presented course Alex decided to return to his home to teach for East Coast.
After 2 years and a couple of brutal winters he returned to Marathon to take up chair at Hall's as their new Course Director and Head of Instructor training. Alex logged Hundreds of dives, and taught hundreds of students and instructors over the next three years. He is now back at East Coast Teaching everything from open water to instructor courses and is excited for the future.
