Stress & Rescue

All divers should have rescue training

Accidents happen. There is very little getting around it. Even with scuba diving as safe as it is today things can still go wrong. The important part is that you have the skills and knowledge to react accordingly for a much higher chance of a positive outcome. Our program is designed to better prepare an open water or advanced open water diver for emergency situations, and will give you the skills and knowledge necessary to assist in the rescue of another diver... maybe your buddy. It also teaches you techniques to more efficiently help yourself in panic situations whether they be underwater or on the surface.
