Advanced Snorkeling
Get face to face with a scuba diver
For people who have a lot of experience snorkeling do you wish you could get deeper underwater? How would you like to be able to spend more time underwater? Being able to efficiently dive underwater and stay there for any amount of time requires relaxed movement and knowledge of what's happening to your body's physiology. Our instructors will teach you what you need to know to be able to dive down to where the scuba divers are and see the fish up close and personal. This course consists of 1 session of training in a pool working directly with a certified instructor.
This course includes:
- basic review
- modified entries
- modified kicking styles
- frog
- dolphin
- fin scull
- physiology of a surface dive
- 3 different styles of surface dives
- one legged dive
- two legged dive
- feet first dive
- how to dive safely
- aid techniques
* {note} This is not a freediving course. We do not GUARANTEE anyone to reach any depth. This course teaches the basics of getting underwater. It is a very good intro to freediving program. If you are interested in freediving we can recommend excellent instructors.*
Cost:
$60.00 per person
