Learn to Scuba
For certification
The learn to scuba certification course is a 3 part program. Classroom, pool and openwater work are all required to obtain certification. Through East Coast we believe that going over the material once and then sending you out in the big scuba world won't properly prepare you for your diving adventures. That's why we use a combination of home study and in class training to give you the most complete training possible.
First come into the store to pick out your scuba package and sign-up. We have many options to fit any time or budget constraints and each package will include all the gear needed to finish your program and is 100% guaranteed to fit properly and work for you. Then we map out your training and work with you untill you feel totally ready in the pool and classroom. We turn you into a comfortable, lifetime diver.

Next you will complete your openwater dives to finish your certification. These can be done here through us during the spring, summer and fall or at another dive center in warmer water. The openwater dives can be anywhere from 4 to 6 dives that are usually spread between 2 days of training. Here at East Coast you will complete 5 scuba dives over 2 days to complete your certification.
